Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with FBB! We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you.
Returns and Exchanges Window:
You can initiate returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
Refunds:
We offer refunds in the form of gift cards/coupon codes.
Free First Exchange:
We offer a free first exchange for all our customers. However, additional exchanges/returns are subject to a flat freight charge of Rs. 200. Please note that the free exchange offer does not apply to products purchased during any sale period.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in its original packaging and have the original tag attached.
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange orders may be further exchanged with additional charges applicable.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability in your area pin-code and may change based on ground conditions.
Refund Process:
- Gift cards/coupon codes and exchanges are issued after successful reception and analysis of the original product by our team.
- If exchanging for a product of lesser value, the balance amount will be refunded as store credit/gift card/coupon code.
- If exchanging for a product of higher value, the balance amount can be paid through COD/Net banking/Store Credit.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items like jewelry, scarves, gloves, bucket hats, bandanas, scrunchies, or other specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. No returns/gift cards are offered during any sale period; only exchanges are available.
Coupon Code/Gift Card Expiry:
All coupon codes/gift cards must be used within 60 days from the date of issuance.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes regarding non-delivery of the order or incorrect product received must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
How to Initiate Return/Exchange:
- Register with us while creating your order.
- Login to your account after receiving your order.
- Go to Orders and click on "Return & Exchange."
- Select the product to exchange.
- Choose the reason for the exchange from the dropdown menu.
- Upload photos if required.
- Submit the request.
